Photo Release

I am OK with my child/family's image being shared on the Music Together North Shore website, Facebook, and/or Instagram pages for promotional purposes.

I prefer that my child/family's image NOT be shared publicly.

Participants must agree to the following:

If we are showing any symptoms of flu or Covid-19, including fever, new runny nose/cough/sore throat, fatigue, nausea or upset stomach we must stay home from class. A refund will be issued.

Tuition Acknoledgement - Tuition is due via check (preferrd) or paypal before or on the day of class

Classes are $15 per family.

*By enrolling in a Music Together class at Music Together North Shore, a licensed Music Together center, you agree that any information you provide will be shared with Music Together Worldwide (MTW).
